Donza moved to Stowe in 1995 and graduated from the University of Vermont’s business school.
After a stint in Boston, she returned to Stowe with her husband, Nick, to raise their family and build a construction business.
Donza has immersed herself in the fabric of Stowe. As chair of the Stowe School Board, she demonstrates a commitment to community engagement and excellence in education.
She joins Gayle Oberg, a longtime Stowe broker, and Jessica Bridge, broker and co-owner of Element Real Estate, in the firm’s Stowe office.
“Tiffany's blend of local insight, industry expertise and unwavering commitment to client success make her an invaluable asset to our team,” Bridge said.
“We are thrilled to welcome her aboard and are confident that her passion for real estate and community will greatly benefit our clients.”
Beyond her professional endeavors, Donza finds joy in culinary adventures with her family, exploring the Vermont landscape on cross-country skis and cherished moments with her extended family scattered throughout the region.
