As children grow, they begin to experiment with new behaviors, test limits, exercise independence and challenge their parents.

A two-session Lamoille Family Center workshop will provide parents and caregivers with an introduction to the science of how a child’s brain is wired and how it grows. Learn practical strategies to integrate into parenting and caregiving practices to increase positive behaviors in children. Your responses can literally change your child’s brain — and your own.

The free virtual workshop series will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 30, and May 1, from 6-7:30 p.m.
